PrEP and PEP Assistance Programs

NASTAD has provided insight on how PrEP and PEP assistance programs help overcome cost and insurance barriers to HIV prevention by providing financial support for medications, clinical care, and lab work. They may also assist with insurance premiums and cost-sharing. Some programs also offer doxycycline PEP (DoxyPEP) for preventing bacterial STIs. A directory of these assistance programs is available, and updates are made as new programs emerge or existing ones change.
